Still waiting on feedback

I called standard bank 29/01/2013 emailed consultant my request and problems. Consultant never got back to me till today. Called again 30/01/2013 spoke to ther consultant who advised me that m, y consultant was not in, gave her my id no who intern could not assist me and promised me that Lerato"s manager will call me before end of 30/01/2013. No One called.
