Loan declined

Good day,
I am a client of Capitec bank, last year I applied for a short term loan of R2000, but was declined. I dealt with Lauren Poggenpoel and Candice Davids who sorted every thing out and I was granted the loan. Repaid in 3 months no problem.
Applied a month ago and was declined again, really cannot understand that one pays up a loan in the prescribed amount of time period with no problems, but forbid you ask again and you are declined as you are just a number in the banking industry. My account speak for itself, no rejected debit orders nothing, but that does not mean anything anyway.
