Loan arrengements denial

The centrallissrd collection department did respond to my reguest through Zenande but unfortunatly and sadly they denied my request by saying that the previous loan arrangement they made for me was only only for 6 months.yes i know that that is what i told them when i was commmunicating with them also that is what i stated on my query but now i am coming back to them to request cant they make it permanent or else just to give me a grace of one year at least .can you please help me because really i cant afford the installment pls i am begging them just to give me a chance of one year if they are unable to make it permanent on paying that amount of 2000
