Nothing easy about easy plan!

My husband applied for a loan at the easy plan branch on 16 Feb 13 and assisted with Teresa. She was unfriendly and wasnt much help. The loan was pre-approved and he signed the relevant documentation - she then said that she needed to do the employment confirmation and send it to head office for final approval. We were told we would know but today (18.2.13). She has sinced called my husband to say that the application has been declined due to his company not being registered with CIPC. This is not true as his company is a registered company. I think this is not the way to treat your customers, my husband banks with FNB and the company he works for business account is with FNB. I will be advising my husband to close his account with FNB and moving to Standard Bank!! It seems they cant help you when you need them!! Stop advertising FNB!!
