Creditcart
Account still showing open even though settled

After deciding to settle and close my loan with creditcart, we are now on the 18th of November after I settled on the 30th September and the account is still showing as open on my credit profile even though its been settled a month and a half and creditcart are still emailing monthly statements. I have to wonder if I will ever be free from them?
