Creditcart
I am R900 in arrears for a loan I never took out!

In December 2012 I applied for credit with [URL Removed] for an amount of R2000 for some headphones I wanted. Creditcart was the company handling the credit and they took so long to get back to me that by the time the loan was approved Kalahari was out of stock so I never took the loan out.

Creditcart sent me statements for the loan every month and I phoned them every month to tell them I owed them nothing as I never actually took a loan from them. Last month I spoke to a manager after receiving an email stating they were going to submit my name and ID to the credit bureau for bad payment. The manager assured me they would sort the matter out however I received another statement from Creditcart this month telling me I am over R900 in arrears. I have tried to sort this out for the past 10 months but they are too incompetent to just take me off their system. I have no choice now but to go the legal route and sue for harassment as I have never received any monies from Creditcart. I would not recommend that anyone ever uses Creditcart no matter how desperate you are to get a loan and I am happy to say that I have already stopped 2 people from using them.
