Why bother with creditcart

I have tried to use creditcart since the beginning of January. It is supposed to be a quick, and easy solution to purchasing costly items. When trying to submit applications the site freezes or you are told that they have a problem with your order and it has been sent to their IT dept. No follow up info is ever provided. I have dealt with Heather, a lovely helpful lady... but when a. System does not work there is very little their staff can do. Please update your site and tell customers you are unable to process any applications. Your total ineffectiveness causes untold frustration as it impacts on our actual orders being cancelled. [URL Removed] is an amazing, efficient and organized company who never let customers down..this reflects badly on them too.
