Pension Fund enquiry

I was working for Geneva Swiss Confectionery and the owner passed away so we had to get retrenched as they were closing down the business in April 2013. we were assured that we will get our benefits from the Liberty pension fund within 6 months. I then informed my creditors that I will be making payments within those 6 months. To this day I am still waiting, in the beginning when I called this number 011 408 1688 they kept on promising that they will see and get back to me, they never did and now when I call the number it does not get answered anymore. They informed our past boss' son last month that they are in the final stage of processing but I'm still waiting. I have debts and accounts which have been accumulating interest for the past 7 months because I have not been able to pay, they call all the time and have been promising to reposes my assets. I am frustrated and my health condition is being compromised, my blood pressure is always high and affecting my heart.
