Pension Fund not paid out after 12 months

I have resigned from a well know franchise who uses liberty life to handle their pension payout. I have been waiting for over a year as of today 28/09/2013, I have made several enquires with no avail. Three weeks ago I was informed that my banking details are needed for the payment to complete, in informed the consultant that I do not have a bank account any longer and requested that the money be transferred to my husband's bank account. Liberty requested a letter giving permission for this. I sent the letter through and was informed to wait 15 working days for payment, on the 26 Working day I phoned to query the delay, I was rudely informed that the payment has to be made to the owners account no other account. No feedback nothing, no call. No effort. One whole year for my pension fund!!! i have opened a new account, sent the statement, now i have to wait 15 working days!! unacceptable, it is not my fault. i can not act if im not informed of the situation. Will not advise any one to ever deal with these people. unless you are willing to phone them every day, otherwise you will be left in the dark.. Truely bad service. Horrible to say the least.
