Double debit orde

After asking for my debit order with essential med to come off on the 7 th of each month they emailed me saying they had a problem and it would come off on the 16 th so over the passed few months it's being going off around the 16 th.this month it came off on the 7 th like I had asked but it went off again today (the 16th) I am extremely annoyed by this as I need the money for other things not to pay my medical aid TWICE.they are closed today so unable to sort it out but will be calling first thing on Monday morning and hope that I get my money back ASAP.and hope it doesn't happen again.
