Refuses to refund pension contributions

I joined Madlanduna Corporation on 1 November 2009.
As part of my employment conditions, I became a member of Liberty Life Provident Fund administered by Integrity Life. The Fund Administrator was a Mandy Basson.
I resigned from Madlanduna Corporation on 26 July 2011 and my last day of work was 31 August 2011. It is relevant to note that my final August 2011 salary was never paid and this was the same fate of at least 5 of my co-workers.
To date my pension has not been released because the managing director of Madlanduna Corporation, Mthunzi Luthuli, instructed the pension fund to withhold payment, stating that he intended to take legal action against me.
To this date, 20 months after resigning, I have not received any note of legal action. In addition, Madlanduna Corporation has been liquidated due to outstanding debts. These were mainly due to Mr Luthuli running his company in a reckless and irresponsible manner, for instance withholding salaries to several employees including me. Despite this, Liberty continues to withhold my pension.
I believe that the behaviour of Liberty contravenes the Pensions Fund Act.
