Purchased a car in July when I received a call from Standard Bank Marketing to sell a service plan for my car which I agreed to. They mentioned that I would get my policy at the end of August which was never sent to me. In October 2 months later I phoned the vehicle finance division who gave me a number to call I was given 3 different numbers to contact and eventually got thru to the correct department they said they would e-mail me my policy within 24 hours, low and behold this did not happen 3 days later I received the policy to find out that my brake pads were not included in the plan I then phoned the correct number to which I was sent from pillar to post again 3 times. I then phoned again asking to speak to Manager and not one was available how convenient, so the lady tried to help me I requested my policy to be cancelled as no one could help me and next thing she cut me off and did bother to contact me again after she had all my details. This service is appalling I am so sorry I ever used Standard Banks financing division not only was I paying for somebody else's car now they expect me to pay for a policy that does not suit my needs
