Standard bank products are just a waist of money

I bought my Peugeot 207 via the standard bank vehicle finance in 2011 and they then called me a week later to offer me a vehicle service plan policy which they said it covers my cars service at a additional cost of R 194.53 including Vat, that sounded cool since the bank that financing me are offering me this deal. I've been paying this since 2011 and I've serviced my car with this service plan twice already but today when I took my car for service they me that my policy has expired, I'm like what!! When I call them and try to find out about my policy expiring and at the same time they are still debting my account. They then tell me my policy covers me till 135 000 kilometers, which means my car was serviced only twice with this guys but I am going to pay them for the next 36 month, shocking. This is really stupid because why would I take up a policy that covers me for only two services and pay them for the next 36 months for them not not to do anything?!! And where is the contract document I asked them to send me since 2011, the hard copy and the electronic version of it?? Just because Iam finance does not mean I am stupid, if my policy has expired then stop debting my account.
