I am asking myself why i had to pay a premium every month to this insurance company when all they did was dissapoint me over and over. I had to follow up on my own claim, no one came back to me and after complaining, only then steps was taken to fix my car. so after i get my car there is still the third party payment that needs to be reimburts to me since the access money came from myself. this accident happened the end of november. its three months and the last that i heard of the guy (ABE) that is dealing with my calim to get the mony from the third party was a month ago. Is anything even gona happen? what does the name of their insurance company actually mean when you basically have to do yur own thing
