Lerato had called me regarding my account. All I have asked Lerato was to confirm what address details she has on the system. Lerato had confirmed an incorrect address. I then asked from where did they get the address she had said she was not there when I gave the details. I then got a bit worried as to what other information was incorrect and asked Lerato to confirm my details so I would have peace of mind. Lerato then says this call is going to take an hour then and she just called for banking details. I then explained to Lerato I am the client and have the right to confirm my details. Lerato was rude and said she does not have the time and ended the call. I find it hard to believe me being a client wanting to correct my details if any was incorrect had been rejected to do so. Very sad someone who should be friendly and helpful is actually so rude and arrogant.
