BEING PUNISHED LIKE I'M IN SCHOOL!!

I am, unfortunately, an account holder at Game thru RCS.

I had a credit limit of R 500 to start off with and thru proven record it increased to R 5000 or so.

A while ago I missed a payment of R 50 for two months in a row (I forgot to pay) I admit. No reminders were sent to me tho.

Immediately they reduced my credit limit to R 500 - understandably so.

BUT

I have been paying on time and more than the minimum amount for the past six or so months but am still being "punished" by my credit limit being kept R 500

If their intent is to "teach me a lesson" well I HAVE learned a lesson and that is not to have any dealings with such a callous company!!!

If they are waiting for me to beg them to increase my limit they can take their account and go to blazes!!
