Product knowledge and bad attitude

I went to the branch to update my details and enquire about the policies i have. Firstly i was given someone else print out and i kept telling that arrogant consultant that the document provided were not mine after i saw the premiums and beneficiary information. She was apologetic for that she just continue as if nothing happened after we wasted 15min... I asked her to give me more clarity on the covers that i have but she did not know how to explain it to me... She told me to go to Festival Mall if i wanted to be assisted. I was really angry because i expected her to know the product. Is her job to tell us to write our requests and fax it or assist clients with queries related to our policies?? I will NEVER EVER visit that branch or recommend people...
