REfund delays accompanied by no clear explanations

2 months ago I submitted a claim to discovery health. The refund was processed according to the system 2nd March. I did not receive my refund for about a week. So I email discovery, they sent me an email saying they'd follow up and let me know in 3 working days. Three days later no one called me or emailed. I phoned them days later, the call centre agent tells me they sent me a cheque. I told her I had clearly stated on the system&my application all refunds should b via EFT into my account. So I requested the cheque to be stopped&an EFT pmt b made. She told me I should receive my money by 22 April (which is 6weeks after according to the process). On the 25th I call them an asked where is my refund. The agent says the issue has been escalated, she will call me COB to inform me of the status. She didnt call. I called then the lady I spoke to says no the last lady escalated and this process takes 3 working days. I asked her after 3 working days will I have my money and she didnt answer. I get home and I find a cheque sent by mail not even addressed to me. This is I dont have my money and no one has explained where it is, Im told about processes when I didnt make the mistakes. This is poor service!!
