Horrible unacceptable service

I talked to Teboho sometime last week Thursday after Itu informed me that he will be the person responsible for following up on the repairs of my car, at the same providing me with weekly feedback.

I did not receive that weekly feedback and decided to follow up, on contacting the call centre I was told that people at the panelbeaters were still waiting for authorization from the insurance before repairs can even commence on my car, since last week!!!

Another consultant promised that she will try to send through the authorization to the panelbeaters. Why the must I be micro managing the insurance people to ensure my car is repaired on time though?!?!? #You promised to provide me with feedback... call and provide me with the feedback for goodness' sake, why are you guys so passive in this whole process though?!?!?!
