Karsten Panelbeaters
POOR SERVICE!!

On Monday, 3 June 2013, the insurance broker gave Karstens Panelbeaters in Klerksdorp, Tel. 018 4621658 authorization to repair my dad's car. ( two side mirrors and small scratch on right front door) On Thursday, 6 June 2013, Karstens Panelbeaters phoned my dad, to arrange that he must take his car to them on Monday, 10 June for the repairs. When he took in his car, they said that the repairs on his car will be finished on Thursday, 13 June. When phoning them on Thursday, to arrange the time of collection of the car, they informed us that the scratch on the door was repaired, but they are waiting for the side mirrors, which they anticipated to receive on Friday morning, which they then just had to spray and fit. The car should be ready by Friday afternoon for collection. Needless to say, the car was not ready. This morning (Tuesday, 18 June) when visiting the Pannelbeaters, we found the car, standing outside in the sun, with only one mirror stripped, and the inside door panel removed. No repairs was done yet. Now the lady claims that they are still waiting for the mirrors!!!
