Shortfall insurance not covering me in full

I bought a vehicle through ABSA finance in MAY 2013 and as part of the contract i also took up a short fall insurance with the bank but they were debit me money for short fall on behalf of the third party insurer which is "Hollard". I lost the vehicle from an accident and my vehicle insurer paid the bank ABSA a fee which is o the current value of the vehicle and the short fall did pay also but i was told by the bank i am still short of R3, 330.12
