On Decemeber the 7th i called my insurance, Hollard, to inquire about the Short Fall Plus offer which allows your vehicle outstanding funds to be settled should your vehicle be written off. They told me they don't have that offer and that its provided by Wesbank and I can call them since my vehicle is financed through them, they gave me a number to call for the underwriting insurance company for Wesbank, Telemarketing Management Services. I made the application telephonicaly and was told I'd receive the documents by mail within 7 working day and an email confirmation. I have not received either. I followed up with them again on January and they made me go through the application process again but I still did not receive the documents in my mail or an email confirmation. I followed up again last week and was promised everything will be sorted, I still have not received an email confirmation of the application being processed and I'm still waiting for the documents in my mail box. I'm starting to doubt if this is a reputable under writing insurance company for Wesbank and would like Wesbank to please contact me directly for the Short Fall Plus offer as I don't trust Telmarketing.
