I have a loan with RCS. I was unemployed from April 2011 until now. I have previously informed RCS of my situation and made a payment arrangements until mid 2012 there after I could no longer afford to make any payments. I have contacted RCS's call centre to request a letter stating that I have previously informed them that I was unemployed and that I have previously made payment arrangements until I could no longer afford to do so, which is the truth but they refuse to provide me with this letter. I don't understand why they refuse to provide me with the letter as it is unfair treatment towards me and allows for the vicious cycle of nonpayment to continue between myself and RCS. It does not make logical sense that a company would take such a stance. I need the letter to get the job so that I can pay and settle the RCS account by 30 November, without the letter I will not get the job and they will not be able to receive payment/settlement from me.
