No assistance with urgent request

I have been trying to get a letter stating that I have made payment arrangements with this company for a loan I had with African Bank. I have sent all the required information and payment date with my bank details. I have advised then that the letter is required by my new employer in order to be considered me for employment I have sent emails to the team leader Lucy requesting that she assist me with this matter. This is the second time my potential employer requested the letter. The first time I waited until the position was given to some else. If I don't get the letter how am I suppose to pay this off my debt as I am currently unemployed and will like to for full my payment obligation to them. But I need this letter emailed to me asap.
