NO RESPONSE AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS/CALLS

Our medical aid is with Medihelp. We missed one premium in November 2013. After November they deducted for December and January 2014. We are not in the position to pay the full monthly membership fee of R 2238 in one payment. In the beginning of January we called the Medihelp Call Centre to make arrangements for repayment. The informed us that we have to email them and they will call us to make arrangements. (we have proof of all emails send) After numerous emails with no response someone phoned us eventually. We them made arrangements to pay R300 of monthly. The lady informed my husband they would accept nothing less than R600 per month - which at this stage we cannot afford. We then received a letter for M van den Heever (letter dated 24/1/2014 / letter received 31/1/2014 - I have proof of date received). Letter stating that if we cannot pay R600 per month we will be handed over - response to be send on or before 30/01/2014 to Medihelp. How could they threaten us with an attorney if they deducted twice afterwards. We are not claiming why not accept payment - it is better than nothing. THIS IS NO CLIENT SERVICE - WE DEFINATELY DOES NOT FEEL SAFE IN THEIR HANDS!!
