No feedback on premium increase

My car was damaged by the hail in October last year. The damage to my car has not yet been repaired due to the number of vehicles that need repairs. My vehicle has been booked in for 6 May 2013 however my premiums have already increased. I have phoned them 3 times to ask for an explanation. Every time I speak to someone they tell me that they need to find out from another department and they will come back to me. I still haven't heard a thing from them, and I'm still paying the higher premiums.

looks like it's time to move my insurance.
