CLOSED ACCOUNT EARNS INTEREST & COLLECTION FEES

I settled the full amount due on my account in April of this year. I confirmed the settlement amount at the time of payment, and faxed (per their requirements) the proof of payment along with a signed note requesting the closure of the account to a confirmed Cape Town number. I am now being harassed by RCS for Interest on a ZERO Balance and COLLECTION fees. The account was held with Verimark and the Verimark account show the payment in full. Tebiso at Verimark has also consulted with RCS in this regard. So because one lazy stupid ignorant uneducated pesant can not do their work, I may be forced to pay legal fees to have this matter resolved. So with FULL PAYMENT, PROOF FAXED, CLOSURE OF ACCOUNT CONFIRMED, MEMBER CONFIRMATION TO RCS AND A 2ND FOLLOW UP, THEY STILL CAN NOT GET IT RIGHT!!! Wake up people!
