Bad service and assistance

There was on my account about 7 months ago. I have been in and out by the bank so that we can solve this problem. They say every time they will call me back and never do, then I go back into the bank to sort it out then they tell me a month after a month I go back same story. Its yet to be sorted out. 7 months I have been waiting for my money to be replaced. I will tell everyone I know to never use standard bank, it is the worst bank there is. I need this to be sorted out but absolute nobody ever has the decency to come back to me. None of my friends or family will use standard bank. Not only because of the bad services, but also when there is in there bank when they guarantee no they are so un-willing to help you solve the problem. I am very disappointed in Standard Bank.
