Worst service eve

Last week I contacted Liberty and asked them to cancel one of my policy, I spoke to a financial advisor and I told him that I wanted to cancel the policy and he assured me that he will do a follow up i.e.. send me cancellation documents. Till to date that has not happened. I am utterly disgusted with Liberty and this is a second time this has happened to me, I am highly considering transferring my life cover to Old Mutual. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
