Outsurance will not settle my claim properly and the service has been terrible.

My Kia Cerato went for a service @ beginning of august @ Kia and was in perfect working condition.
On the 18th of Aug I was involved in an incident where I was smashed on my left side by a Bakkie.

My car went to the Assessor who merely looked at the car, did not drive it put it on a computer and then it went for repairs at Autohaus in Randburg. The service was terrible my car was only repaired in October after lots of back and forth trips while i am 9 months pregnant.

When i collected my car it didnt feel 100%, I took it to Kia for an assessment and was advised the suspension is damaged. I have told this to Outsurance in several phone calls with Lorna, natasha, Janice, and Maureen and they keep telling me they will phone me back which never happens. My car is still at Autohaus with the official report from KIA and I am receiving no assistance.

Insurance that takes your premiums but dont pay claims. I have never received such bad service. I am taking this to ombudsman.
