Premiums deducted after write off

My vehicle was written off on the 18th October 2013, and my premium deduction date is the 27th of every month, I was shocked to learn that Miway had deducted my premium on the 28th October.

When i inquired about this i was told that my premium would be refunded back to me within 7 days after deduction date, it is now over 2 weeks and i have sent numerous emails to Miway regarding this, and i was told it is a different department and someone was going to contact me regarding the refund, it is over a week since i was told that.

Miway, very quick to take your money, but never quick to assist!!
