Pathetic service from personal loan consultant

I called fnb sometime last mnth enquring about the balance on my SMART SPEND LOAN
the consultant couldnt explain to me as to why the balance is not going down as a client i feel that i've been ripped off because i took this loan for a 24mnths period bt instalment is tooo high and balance is not going down.

i asked the consultant to email/send a RECON of charges, since she couldnt explain to me how the charges are calculated, i feel that FNB needs to give their staff proper training she ddnt understand what do i mean if i say RECON hence she is working for the bank .i then requested that she escalate the matter for me and i was told /given 3 days SLA since today nobody came back to me... FNB is ripping me off and have a PATHETIC SERVICE ..i've been having poroblems with this bank... INCOMPETENT STAFF, PATHETIC SERVICE, RIPPED OFF by my own bank first was my e bucks now is the loan, i am even thinking of taking the offer to move my home loan account from them to another at no cost...
