LOAN RESTRUCTURING

Goodday,

I have loan with Finchoice company I was required to pay R2030 for 6 months I owing about R7000.
I did agree to the agreement since I was desperate needed money had to fix my car. I have being paying but not so well. The problem is that I called first time about the restructuring of the loan the first consultant told me my loan was going to increase from the outstanding balance (R5000 TO R7000) I just felt I will be going backward instead of forward. I decided I wasnt going to do the restructuring. I got a call from Ragnat (Consultant) requested I should do the restructuring I told her I have already spoken to a consultant there I was going to do I told her this month of july I was going to pay R2000 to balance the account. She said if I don't do this loan restructure I will be taken to the lawyers who are going to charge me even more. I feel she only cared about closing the deal she couldn't even explain to me why does my balance increase when she does the loan restructure. She was rude she didn't even want to tell me her surname and give me her managers number. I wouldnot recommend anyone to do a loan with finchoice their rates are to high their staff is rude.
