Personal loan repayment balance incorrect

I firstly asked FNB to change my re payment period and even now is till the same and now i noticed my balance is not changing its been on R16 450.60 for some time now.

My loan was R 28000 total paid is R 23000 and when i called today i s'poke to Tsepo and Gontse and they told me yes my balance is R16 450.60. how is this possible???
