Never gave up to get back what was ours

Iman pressured an unhelpful third party into returning our excess (R3400). It took her over 6 months from the date of the accident but she never gave up. The third party kept delaying saying their report wasn't ready and then finally only offered a partial settlement. But that didn't faze Iman, she persisted and today paid back the full amount to us.
