Emty promisses again and again

Like I have said previously in my report, again GAME is full of promises. They now shift their bad service complaints to RCS, well if RCS is in charge of the financial department and if GAME said that they have contacted RCS regarding THEIR UP with my account then why am I still awaiting response from them and GAME. Let me tell all the corporate companies out there be very careful when dealing with these companies, they are full of promises and never ever contact you!!!
