Pathethic service once again and lack therof

This is not my first report about Game. About a month or 2 back, I applied for an additional cell c contract, with the game vouchers, for a special that week on the logik 12000 btu aircon including fitment. I then got no feedback and went twice to the cell counters. They advised me the systems were down and would get back to me. About 2-3 weeks later, they come back to me to syait is approved???

From that point till now, everyone promises to contact me. I have been advised that they cannot give me the same special, but can meet me halfway with installation???

The delay was due to GAMEs lack of service and pathetic time lines of responses?

I had to constantly go back, and still am now?

I only took the contract for that special- if you guysy cannot uphold your promises, then please cancel the contract!!!

GAME constantly proves to me that you guys stand for everything... besides ALL your promises and fancy big smiles at customer service.
