About three (3) months ago I went into Game to settle my account. Which I paid in full. Now in June Game has being phoning me telling me I owe R145.00 for not saying that I want to keep the account open. Today I call Game Cape Town, ref number 130610000221, and they tell me its a settlement difference. The cashier at Menlyn Branch walked away to call for a settlement, which I paid R12900.00 - . Who can I pay 12900-, now they want to charge me R145.00 for what.

Does Game know if this is a settlement dispute, or for keeping the account open. I dont think this is fair towards me. I will be listed for Game Store incompentance.
