Shocking Service

I purchased a washing machine / tumble dryer combo from Game polokwane on the 1st april 2013. We were promised delivery in johannesburg within 5 days. To date we have not yet received it. This is 20 days later. I have been in constant contact with various people from game polokwane - gideon, john, mike, peter and even the general manager Johan. They all make empty promises that it will be delivered within a few days, but this is 3 weeks later!!! To add insult to injury, i was told to call other game branches and organise the delivery myself at my time and expense. I even tried calling the Game head office, yet was put on hold for 20 minutes before finally giving up. I have already paid for the item in full, can i please get it? I am disgusted by the poor service and empty promises made by a number of your staff. I will certainly not be shopping at Game in future.
