Cheryl Lawson Financial Consultants don't pay

Four years ago I designed a coporate identity for Cheryl Lawson Financial Consultants and handed over to them on disk all artwork to file and use in future. As I am a freelance designer I only keep work for Two to three years as I don't have servers and work off a laptop. I did this work at a rate which was much less than agency rates and further discounts the company as they refused to pay the full amount.

A little more than a month ago Cheryl Lawson Financial Consultants requested changes to be made at that time I did explain that I did not have artwork On file any longer and they too didn't have the copies I hand handed over to them. I went On to explain I would have to redo the artwork from scratch. That was agreed to.

After handing over the art work and invoice Cheryl Lawson Financial Consultants outright refused to pay me for work done.
