I recently had the terrible experience of having my Jenna Clifford jewellery. Insurance claims and having your lost items replaced is never an easy task, but with the excellent service I received from Cheryl having my jewellery replaced eventually became an exciting journey. Having been a client of Jenna Clifford from many years ago I was just once again impressed with the fast, friendly and professional assistance I received from Cheryl. Being a fussy customer I had a lot of questions, but Cheryl was very patient with me and each question and e-mail enquiry was followed up and answered in full detail. She even assisted me with a sales issue pertaining to a purchase by a friend of mine at one of their other studios and the issue was resolved within an hour. Not only are all Jenna Clifford's designs special and exclusive, but so are the people who work for her. Thank you so much Cheryl, you make purchasing a JC item worth every cent!!!
