Excellent Service Recieved

I would just like to commend VW Strijdom park branch for the excellent service i recieved yesterday when i took my car in for a service. after i left my car i was called by Cheryl advising me that i didnt have a service plan, i adviced her that i did. she investigated on my behalf and was able to resolve the issue with motorite, and in so doing approval for service was given. Cheryl and her team continued to give updates on my car's service till the very end, as per my request to be fetched from my work area I was picked up as per time agreement and our trip back to Strijdom Park was a joy. The drivers were more than friendly and professional with me. when i arrived Cheryl met me and took me through each document i had to sign. She and her team have managed to convince me to come back to their branch without a doubt and will continue to recommend them to my collegues and friends.
