Crooked scheme incompetent staff

In May I had a radiologists visit on 2 separate occasions. The claim was rejected by Netcare despite the fact I had R3000 in my radiology benefits. I have since spoken to Onele (05/07), Bongi (17/07), Lauren (06/08), Derrick (15/08), Docas a supervisor (27/08), Cheryl Anne (23/09). SIX different people, all of whom have said they will resubmit and escalate my claim. Cheryl Anne promised to call me, guess what? still waiting for that call. The radiologists want their money from me, they are not interested in excuses about this retched medical aid. I even emailed a letter of complaint to the med aid, the auto response said someone will be contacting me, NOTHING so far!!! This bill is worth over R2500. What do I have to do to get someone competent enough to fix this. I truly regret being on this med aid, your consultants are clueless, your accounts are paid very late, u keep people on hold forever on the phone, all things bad!! I work for Netcare, my premiums are paid on time. Next step for me is to contact our company Head Office if I do not get a response!
