Lost wallet

We are very quick to report bad service and seldom compliment a job well done, let alone going an extra mile.

My mother lost her wallet at OK Foods on Tuesday, 1 October and Osmond assisted by going through the CCTV recordings to check who picked it up. They spotted the guy but could not find him in the shop. My mother was devastated, losing R500 to a pensioner on the day she just received her grant money is huge. We left the shop hopeless that we will find her wallet again. I don't know how many pills she took in the evening thinking about all the admin she needs to do, getting a new ID and reporting her store cards.

At 10:30 the following day, I had my mother's wallet in my hand through the help of Osmond... what a great guy. He spotted the guy entering the shop, he went to him and he didn't deny taking the wallet and Osmond contacted me. We went to the guy's house, we found everything.
