Travel Wallet fails to delive

Against the advice of the tour organiser (who recommended the most reliable travel options), I chose to go with your travel wallet, obtained in PMB, for my daughter's overseas trip, as it is my bank & AFTER receiving confirmation that: 1. I could transfer funds to the travel wallet at any time; 2. It could be done from my local branch. Piet Retief branch, on website, is a full Forex branch.
3rd July - needed to urgently add funds to my daughters travel wallet only to discover it couldn't be done either by internet or from local branch. Call to travel wallet call centre agent got me nowhere: I demanded to speak to a senior. "Bethwell", the snr person involved me in a conference call with our local branch, putting the blame on the branch. I insist that my local branch is not at fault here yet Ronica has gone out of her way to help. Neither Ronica nor myself have had feedback from PMB. Even worse, no action from Bethwell - the "senior manager" at call centre.
This is appalling bad service from Std Bank - I was misinformed and the bank (Head office - not my branch who are innocent in this regard) should be making every effort to ensure I can transfer the funds to my daughte
