Had a problem with my credit card, had a consultant call me once, promised to call me back after investigation -NO RESPONSE to date. Logged a complaint on Fnb website, received the following response:

IS THIS THE WAY ALL CLIENTS AT FNB ARE THREATED, IF SO IT'S TIME FOR A CHANGE. SOME OTHER BANK CAN HAVE MY PLATINUM CARD FEES AND OTHER CHARGES.
