HOW CAN WE IGNORE YOU???

My FNB credit card expired last year and I ordered a new one. To date I have still not received it, despite many many many requests, in the end I simply gave up trying to explain to the brain-dead clerks that I was still waiting for my credit card. Now, a year later, I have still not received it, but I see FNB is very happy to the R295 "Visa Credit Card Fee" out of my account. I have complained by email to [Email Removed] as well as [Email Removed] - that was on Friday 13th September, and again this morning, and my emails have ALL been confirmed with a read receipt, which means that my complaint has been read 4 times - both on Friday morning, and both this morning. Still I get ZERO feedback!!! Do the email readers have specific instructions to ignore customer complaints, or is there another reason why they simply refuse to respond to ANY of my complaints, not only 4 times since Friday and today, but for the last 12 MONTHS that I have not received my credit card. I want to know the reason. The person who phones me must NOT ask me what the issue is, and it must not be a brainless clerk either. I have spelled it out clearly enough here.
