Turnaround time for claim as third party

So i've been involved in an accident with a standard bank insured client, insured litterally jumped the robot. insured then claimed full responsibilty and admitted guilt. took a week and a half of calls (from my side) to finally get a number for the insurer, which happened to be standard bank. upon calling the insurer, i was informed that they were awaiting my call to complete forms, which was totally unacceptable. after numerous emails to the company i was told that my claim would be forwarded to a consultant. i then gave it a day. i had then received no confirmation and decided to call back, i was given the consultants email address who was Riaan Hornsveld, after emailing him i was told the application was incomplete. after sorting out that the missing details were actually the insured details and having that sorted, i still didnt receive any feedback. i mailed back and was told that i should stop emailing wrt my claim as it will delay the process and these claims usually take 3 months to process. i am without a vehicle and need it for work purposes and emailed my concerns, to date no response. i didnt want to take this route but legal assistance my only option... really pathetic
