I have put in a claim for my damaged phone on the 29/10/2013... today is the 12/11/2013, 2weeks later and no one has contacted me about the process and my phone has not been collected!! they phoned me only to say that my claim form was not signed... but i have the signed claim for with me which MTN gave me. That exact claim form is the form MTN emailed to 24hr mobility and i even got CC'd... explain HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that my signature can just disappear!!!
