Debt review balances are not dropping

I applied for debt review with DT Debt Counselling June 2011. I used to receive statements on a monthly basis with the amount that was paid to my creditors as well as the outstanding balances I still owe to my creditors. That has stopped since January 2013. I am in the dark about what is happening. When I do request statements the balances does not coincide with the last statements' balances. When i enquire about this with the cosultant they can nto give me a straight answer. I requested for my counselor to get my balances from my creditors and their balances is less then the debt counselling balances. I was told that i must only pay a once of fee of 3700 for the debt review and as of February 2013 another fee was included of R1200. I enquired about this and i was told that it was an outstanding fee. I received a statement yesterday showing that i owe a balance of R1700 to DT counselling. I asked to speak to the manager regarding this and i was told that she will call me 14 June 2013, i will wait for the call because i am looking for answers regardin this. There is no point being on debt review when the balances are not dropping or corresponding, when nothing is in order.
